Getting Started

If you have seen a design in our gallery that you love, it will be our sincere pleasure to customize it for you.  Maybe there are elements of 2,3, or 4 designs that you would like to incorporate to create your one of a kind design, again, that would be an honor.  Perhaps you do not know where to start: What colors, texture, paper, ribbon, embellishments, and/or style to choose?  With so many beautiful options, how do you decide what custom design will set the tone that you desire.  Relax, our professional design consultants will partner with you to truly capture your vision.

Your Vision

After your initial consultation and your order has been placed, rest assured that your design will be all that you imagined and more.  Our team of artists will prepare one or more selections for your approval and will not be satisfied until you are.  

Timeline

We will be happy to email, fax, or mail a proof to you so that you can preview your design.  Once you have approved a design, we will begin bringing your custom art to life.  Most designs will be ready in 14-21 calendar days after the proof has been approved, however, some may require more or less time to create.  We carefully consider every detail and will take care to meet the highest standards.  We will accept rush orders for an additional fee.  We suggest that wedding invitations be ordered 6-8 weeks before you intend to mail them to guest. 

Payment and Terms

We require a fifty percent nonrefundable deposit at the time that the order is placed and the balance prior to delivery.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders. 

All quotes are valid for 30 days if an order is not placed at the time of the quotation.

Prices reflected on the website are subject to change.

Changes in custom design are understandable and are permitted before the design has gone in production.  Changes in the design may change the price and/or production time.
